BREAKFAST
We will offer you a hearty breakfast before you head off to the slopes. Every morning you can enjoy a traditional French breakfast of croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals and yoghurt, or why not try one of the hot options served on five mornings during the week. We have mixed it up a bit and Julie has chosen different dishes to serve you during your stay including English Breakfast, Spanish Eggs, Eggs Benedict or our favourite Pancakes!
AFTERNOON TEA
After a hard day on the slopes every afternoon (except Wednesday, due to staff day off) there will be a delicious cake for you to enjoy on your return to the chalet, or if you prefer a savoury option, Julie will be only too happy to rustle up her famous sausage rolls served warm from the oven. Then relax and soothe the aches and pains in the outside hot tub and sauna.
DINNER
Enjoy a selection of canapés followed by a 4-course dinner on 6 evenings; you will enjoy a starter, main course, dessert and finally a selection of local French cheeses to enjoy. We have carefully selected a traditional menu for you which will include:
Starters Game Terrine, French Onion Soup, Baked Camembert
Main Courses
Boeuf Bourginon, Tartiflette, Fondue, Chicken Cacciatore
Desserts
Pavlova, Tarte Tatin, Cheesecake, Lemon Tiramisu
